There are many ways to be good to the environment. We at Dr. Bonner's office are helping by:

• Using a less paper system which includes secure electronic patient charts, reducing the number of forms used, electronically submitting insurance claims, using email to communicate with patients and transmitting patient records and referrals electronically.

• Using digital technology for films to eliminate processing chemical waste, paper envelopes and mounts, and lead waste from film packets.

Added benefits for patients include instant diagnostic images using digital equipment, less radiation and enhances communication between other health care providers.
